The 2010 KTM 530 EXC Review
Dual-sport bikes, by definition, are masters of none. Traditionally softened, civilized and neutered, they have never turned on hardcore riders. That left dirt bikers scrambling to jump through licensing loopholes to get adequate lighting and license plates strapped to their competition enduro or motocross bikes. In a bold move KTM released its ever-popular four-stroke EXC line with full DOT certification a few years ago. The latest incarnation of that popular breed is the 2010 KTM 530 EXC.
The 2010 Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight Review
The Sportster is a cornerstone of Harley-Davidson’s empire.
It’s been a part of the annual lineup in one form or another since the late ‘50s and shows no signs of going away. Seems the Milwaukee brand knows a good thing when it has it. (For the sake of this article let’s just pretend that Buell still exists!)
The 2010 Bennche Megelli 250R Review
The introduction of the 2010 Bennche Megelli 250R to the U.S. motorcycle market is a move at least as bold as its provocative, red-hot looks.
This Chinese-manufactured 249cc motorcycle emulates a 7/8-scale hypersport machine, and represents perhaps the furthest-yet encroachment into a domain up until now owned by Japanese and European manufacturers.
But while online venues have been asking whether the 250R might be a “Ninja 250 killer,” the man responsible for Bennche says he is not trying to compete with the Japanese.
At least not in all respects, that is.
Johnny Tai says his Bennche company of Carrolton, Texas prices its products significantly lower than its most likely rivals. Even so, the intention is clear, and the Megelli 250R cannot be seen as anything other than a competitive entry-level motorcycle.

The 2010 KTM 250SX

A superior two-stroke weapon in terms of serviceability and user friendliness. Extremely robust with an ultra-light frame and additionally optimised chassis, the 250 SX shows the rest how it’s done!
